We brewed Salted Caramel to pay tribute to one of our favorite sweets. In the same vein as salted caramel chocolates and truffles, our Salted Caramel stout is the perfect balance of sweet decadence and savory salt. Perfect alone, or enjoyed as a float.

Defiantly a desert beer. It's black with no head or cling. Very sweet and bold flavours of burnt caramel, vanilla, milk chocolate, butter, salt and weak coffee. Sweet aroma and similar characteristics to the flavour but weaker. Full sticky smooth mouthfeel. Tastes a little like the Crème Brûlée. I am kind of on the fence with this. I think other reviews will be varied, if we get anymore.
