Comes from tap coffee brown with a fine-bubbled tan head that leaves generous lacing. Roast malt aroma had a strong overtone of orange-infused chocolate and hints of caramel and molasses. Rich flavor has chocolate, molasses, orange, coffee, roast malt and earthy notes plus caramel and hoppy hints. Mouthfeel has heavy body and plenty of fizz. For dessert, or just to savor and appreciate.

Smells and tastes like Terry's Chocolate Orange. This is the dark chocolate version. I like a good looking beer, this one is not. Tastes and smells like expected. Chocolate, orange peel and booze. All good stuff, as advertised, it's a desert beer. To be shared, I think.

Pours dark brown/black with foamy tan head that rapidly disappears. Dark chocolate and cocoa powder dominates the smell with notes of roasted malt and orange. Dark chocolate dominates the taste. This reminds of me the their regular Choklat DIPA. Mouthfeel is a bit thin for an Imperial Stout. As the brewer describes, this is a dessert beer. Good, sweet, but disappointed that the orange doesn't come doesn't have a stronger presence until the beer starts to warm a bit. A good beer, but I think my expectations were a bit too high.
