saison-like in execution if not by name. Light nose, tart and crisp. light honeydew and peppery spice on the palate. Nice enough brew.............

Pours a dark golden color. Smell is mild, some malts. Taste is sweet, malty, some floral hops. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing summer beer.

Very excited to try this, nice to see a brewer try to recreate a lost style .. . Its kinda like a witbier and saison had babybier and it produced Walloon .. . Pours a mango pear tan, foam everywhere, great lacing .. . light fruit, wheat, rye, and hay- very refreshing stuff and a really good full mouthfeel .. . a winner, a great session brew i could suck down all evening .. . lisa refuses to play dodgeball because she is sad..
