A Perfect balance of hop aromatics with the refreshingly tart flavours of a sour ale. Brewed with a blend of lactobacillus cultures to create a unique beer that is undeniably thirst quenching, with hop forward citrus characteristics.

Can from LCBO. Pours a fairly big frothy white head and has a slightly hazy golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Lacing is decent, patchy. Aromas of yeast, grass, notes of citrus and floral hops. Flavours are citrusy, lemony, some pine and a bit of yeast. Some mild sourness, not overly abundant.

Pours a clean light-golden colour with a fizzy bubbly white small cap, low retention and lacing. Very nicely dry-hopped nose over light sour notes and hints of vanilla, caramel. The taste is sour but lightly dry in the quick finish. Mild tartiness on the tongue. Citrus refreshing notes. Gets a tad hazy at the last pour. If you like your sour beers to not linger, this is for you. The rest is well-brewed.
