This belgian imperial stout has hints of graham cracker and chocolate from the biscuity and roasted belgian malts, and some marshmallowy, clovey phenols and fusel oils from the belgian yeast and the residual sugars. That's Egon's analysis, at least. Venkman prefers to think this is a toast to the Ghostbusters, who saved the world from the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man by crossing the streams and cooking the sucker to a crisp.

what?! just a good beer, not a fantastic one? what the hell? saved this for last, and it was quite tasty, just not as otherwordly good as the weizenbock and lebowski! seemed a little lighter in body even, maybe due to the dryness from the belgian yeast. I will try this again on it's own. the toasted malt, chocolate, and slight spiciness of the yeast played nice together.
