A Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels With Mosaic Hops. While we were sampling barrels in our cellar, we came across a few with distinct orange aromas. We included these barrels in a blend and dry-hopped with the orangiest hops available. The result is Orange Whisper: a beer which contains no oranges.

2019 edition. Pours a hazy golden colour with a big white frothy head, bubbly, somewhat creamy with decent retention and some dirty lacing. Sour nose with vinegar notes and oranges balancing things. The taste is full sour with the orange notes getting lost. Wish the hops had been a little stronger. Peach hints. Then, oranges seem to come out lingering after the finish. Still, one of their easier one to drink so far.
