BOMB THE SUN! For years we drew our plans... This is a blend of golden sour rye and buckwheat base beers aged in Napa valley red wine barrels with apricots and dry-hopped with Ekuanot and Idaho-7 hops... The fire orb must be made to pay for the way it scorched us!

Hazed but tiny, transparent particles, with a frothy, bubbly white cap, decent retention and a big bubbly ring on top of the brew is left. Wild ale sourness in the nose. Full of it. Hint of apricots and vanilla. The same sourness with the funk, a little fruitiness and mild tart left on the tongue. A little easier to drink, than to smell.
