It was monks who brewed beer for the first time in the Šariš castle. Brand "Thirsty monk" came to existance in 1993 based on the historical roots. Produced from special light malt and from the best stock of bitter and aromatic hops. Light lager characterized by a gentle delicious full taste and a pleasant amount of hops.
