a special spring release from SP, this beer was originally lost in the awesomeness that was their bourbon barrel stout, which was on tap at the same time. this beer stands well on it's own, though-before a meal, with a salad, as dessert. fruity, raspberry undertones, lots of wheat and malt. fresh, bright aroma and flavor. VERY refreshing, not boozy at all for 10%. looks like a frambozen, served with a blood orange in a goblet. 2010-still paired it w/ the stout, and it was still awesome...same scores.
