Northern Nevada’s first collaboration brew has returned! This complex stout had a ten month vacation on bourbon barrels, adding a rich “bourbonosity” and vanilla notes to the already delicious molasses, toffee and coffee characteristics. The NVUS clocks in at 10% ABV and is served in a 10oz snifter.

No2 pour. Drastically different than a 2013 brewers cabinet beer of similar origins. Oddly thin for a 10% beer, and barreled longer. The barrel dominates, making this beer less complex than the base, but it was damn tasty. Vanilla, chocolate booze and oak. If it had more body I'd a loved it...
