Desitka svetly vycepni. ''La 10'', petit nom affectueux que les tchèques donnent au style le plus populaire du pays. Une lager blonde au taux d'alcool raisonnable (3,7 %), parfaite pour les longues soirées. Des arômes de houblon Saaz et de malts de bohème, du caramel et une franche amertume: tout ce qu'on aime d'une bonne bière! Si vous avez aimé la Louvain et la Poudreuse, cette bière est pour vous.

First of three Silo lagers tonight. This one pour a lightly hazed, medium golden colour with a big frothy, warm-whitish head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing left. A fresh cereal malt base with some nice herbal notes and even a touch of dandelion floralness. Crisp mouthfeel with some nice building dryness. The taste shows spicy Pils malts with well-blending grassiness. Bitterness is a little more present here, but the cereal grains linger afterwards. Quite a beautiful, refreshing Výčepní - yet, full in every aspect of the style. And, probably one of the better 3.7% light beers I have had - helping on this sunny day.
