Blonde (yellowish golden) colour, small white head. Aroma is hops and salts. Flavour is typical Kölschish, salts, hops and malts with some slight fruity hints. Clean Kölsch though, and quite refreshing.

Hazy golden with a huge rocky white head. Aromatic and a bit perfumy aroma of mild flowers, grassy hops, sweet lemon, cookies and rose-petals. Flavour is rather smooth of wet grass, crackers and white bread. Medium bitter aftertaste of grass
