Passionate Sour perfectly combines the tart and tangy flavours of passionfruit with the sweet flavours of toasted coconut. The addition of lactose provides a creamy finish to this very easy drinking sour.

A slightly hazed, bright yellow colour with a white cap. average stay and some good foamy lacing streaks. A dry-hopped kettle sour nose with some passion fruit hints. The flavours has the fruit with some coconut notes. A refreshing, light passion fruit sour beer with a touch of coconut.

The beer pours a hazed gold colour with a very thin white head which quickly recedes to nothing giving this a ‘flat sode’ look more than a beer look. Aroma is grains, funk, tart citrus, and yeast. Mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is similar to the aroma….quite grainy with tart passion fruit in the mix. Not something I’ll put in regular rotation.
