KnoxBeerCrew tasting. Deep brown pour, short head, some lacing. Big sweet maple and sweet malt aroma, roasted nuts/pecans, some fruitiness, earthy hops. Taste is warming although the ABV is very well hidden, sweet caramel and maple, toasted nuts and malts, light pecans, brown sugar. Very tasty beer.

Bottled. Deep rubyish amber/brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is mild roasted malts, some red berries, dark dry fruits, mild chocolate and alcohol as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some burnt sugary sweetness and liquorice. Alcohol gives a nice warming touch after swallowing. Yet it's quite balanced.
