Introducing Rum Row Imperial Stout! (9.9% 40 IBU). Now available at the brewery only in these special anniversary golden crowler cans! After one year of operation we decided to max out our little mash tun and bring something big. Rum Row is our Imperial Stout aged on Terra Beata Cranberries and oak cubes soaked in Ironworks Distillery Bluenose Rum. Intense notes of dark cocoa, roasted malts and red berry on the nose which translates to the palette. Complex malt profile, medium bodied from an addition of oats and a refreshing amount of acidity from sour cranberries that compliment a long dark rum & oak finish. Rum Row is not only Lunenburg’s shortest street in town, that connects our Montague Street to Bluenose Drive, but also a prohibition-era term that referring to a line of ships loaded with liquor beyond the maritime limit to be sold by bootleggers, which included rum and other alcoholic beverages.
