12oz bottle pours with a gold body that has a slight haze and supports an off white head. The aroma offers up grainy bread, malts, a dash of black pepper, some sugary malt sweetness and a faint fruity ester note. The taste begins with soft sugary sweetness, a quick spike of tart lemon, sweet apple and peach like fruitiness. To midway it gets herbal and a little floral nuanced by a touch of black pepper. Pretty nifty but also a little too sweet from front to back.
