Pours almost black with decent head that disappears quickly. Quite flavoursome on the palate with toffee flavours and a hint of coffee. Quite a bitter finish, but lots of character in the overall flavour. Can be a little heavy though and I couldn't imagine drinking it all night!

Nicely darkish brown, almost black colour with slightly brown head. Aroma is a bit weak, has hints of bread and caramel in there. Taste is a bit sour and with hints to cookies and caramel. After taste disappears rather fast and has nothing special in there.

Clear dark ruby red, off-white foam head. Some mentol tones in aroma, does not smell like s stout, but surely taste like one. Bitter coffee tones, also in aftertaste. (Arnhem 201504)

Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Very deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is beautiful toffee, roasted notes, mild dark fruityness as well as some coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, some sweet dark fruityness, chocolate, coffee and also some quite bittery notes. Quite strong coffeeish and chocolaty notes in the finish.
