For this iteration of Coffee Shop Vibes, we finally got to do something that we have been wanting to do for quite some time - explore the summer varietals available to us through Scott at Sump. We have historically brewed and blended Coffee Shop Vibes in the cooler months, leading to a consistent and similar lineup of coffees for us to cup. By reintroducing this beer this summer, we could cup a whole new plethora of coffees and also showcase this bean in two forms - straight up in Coffee Shop Vibes and also enhanced in Morning Vibes. We chose La Virgen Colombian after cupping almost everything that Scott had available at the time

Pours coffee with a fair tan head. Aroma features roast malt, pepper and mocha. Flavor presents chocolate, roast malt and quality coffee - no pepper? Texture gives good body & peppy fizz. Get those coffee shop vibes.
