Oubliette is a French term for a deep, dark forgotten dungeon devoid of light and hope. Our nearly opaque Imperial Stout is black as night with hints of plum at the edges and a rich tan head. Dark cocoa and roasted malt flavors are complimented by a lingering bitterness and a pleasingly warm alcohol glow owing to 10.3% ABV.
