I'm not very savvy when it comes to Kolsches, but this one seemed pretty good. I had a glass of it at their brewpub the day after the Oregon Garden Brewfest. It's right down the road from the Oregon Garden. Hazy gold color with hardly any foam. Has a mild spicy hop aroma. Bitter, light-medium body is not smooth but does a good job at quenching your thirst. Finish is clean and dry.
