Blonde farmhouse ale made entirely with local malt and Illinois-grown hops, then brewed over a wood fire in our copper kettle. shiro plums were added to the fermenter with our own cascade and chinook hops. tropical and stone fruit aromas with a lightly tart finish from the fruit.
