Built around the flavours of one of our favourite Canadian cookies, Viva La Stout is a delicious combination of chocolate, vanilla, graham cracker and raspberries. This decadent imperial stout is the perfect dessert beer, with everything you’d ever dream of in a pastry stout.

Wow! This is a beautiful blend of chocolate and raspberries. Frothy-creamy mocha-coloured head that lasts a while, creating some nice lacing. The brew is fairly black with hardly any highlights I can see. Big chocolate-raspberry nose with hints of roasted barley, vanilla and what makes you feel like Graham crackers from the cereal touch. Thankfully, there is enough hops and alcohol to not make this syrupy in the finish, but nicely dry. So, not as sweet in the mouth, as some grassiness blends in. Yes, this is a very nice, drinkable dessert dry-stout.
