Specialty malts give this seemingly unassuming golden brew a smoky, almost bacon-like aroma that’s enveloped by a golden, doughy, and toasted flavor and light malt sweetness. The beer finishes with a hint of tart dryness from the malt and a lingering hint of smoke

Pours clear amber with a good cream-pale buff head. Aroma offers smoky and fresh malt tones, like the scent of a camp bonfire. Flavor continues the smoky tone while adding a little more malt and hints of peat and wood. Body and fizz are typical, but finish definitely has lightly charred character. Smokin’!

Straw color pour with a thin white head. Zero lace. Musty smell with a small amounts of grass. Watery mouthfeel with clove like aftertaste. Big miss on the beer. Avoid.
