This beer assaults your palette like a cavalry of Flying Fish. The Flying Scotsmen is highlighted by a warming alcohol flavor and smell. Dark fruit flavors balance out this beer and leaves you craving another sip. We brew our scotch ale with less roasted malts giving it a lighter appearance and less smokey than a traditional scotch ale . This is a no bollocks beer that William Wallace and his mates would proudly fill their chalices with while celebrating another victory on the battlefield!

Amber colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above. The appearance is not typical of the genre. but the tasting is surprising. First there's great hang time on the head. A thick film and ringlet are left behind. Malted profile. Light and refreshing.
