Brewed with 50% Canadian Wheat Malt and a blend of imported Pilsner and Munich Malts. Aggressively hopped with French Strisselspalt and US Columbus Hops. The Wheat Malt imparts a slight tang that ties in beautifully with the blackcurrant notes from the abundant use of Strisselspalt Hops. At 10% alc./vol. this ale is ridiculously smooth and easy to drink. Savour the dry, clean finish.

From Central City, in a bomber. Cloudy orange pour, smallish white head. Mild aroma of what I take to be wheat malt. Superior mouthfeel, buttery smooth it was. Lots of malt and alcohol to the flavour, yet minimal alohol burn. Malt and alcohol at the finish, too, plus a bitter note. Pretty good, I'd have another anytime.
