500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Rosen Pils stemmed glass a clear and straw-yellow coloured Pilsener with a one finger almost white and fine foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is light grainy malts, light biscuits, faint floral hops and hints of cooked vegetables. The flavour is moderate sweety and grainy malts, floral hops. The mouthfeel is clean, sparkling and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Pilsener has a dry light bitter finish. Resfreshing, well-balanced, a pleasant Pilsener from Thürigen.
