One of the first beers we ever made here at RockSolid was an Imperial stout, which we then put into three different barrels with the intention of letting them age for 1, 2 and 3 years respectively. To which, we present you with our 2 year whiskey barrel aged Imperial Stout! This beer has so many different aromas and flavors; raisin, molasses, oak, dates, and just a hint of coffee. This beer is complex, sweet, sticky, layered and wonderful. You're gonna want to get your hands on some while supplies last

Pours coffee sable with a good tan head. Aroma adds chocolate, roast malt, woody hops and bourbon. Flavor gives up chocolate, roast malt, bourbon, plus nutty & hoppy notes. Texture brings good body, peppy fizz. Get stoned and see stars (but please designate a driver).
