Gift from my Ohio in-laws, shared with Thanksgiving dinner this year. Orange golden pour with a nice sustained head, ample lacing and good carbonation. Rich aromas of spiced malts, Belgian yeast strains, clean and big. Nice flavor too, not unlike the Trappists and better Belgian Tripels. Very worthy, excellent ale.

Pours a cloudy dark golden color with a huge white head that hangs around for some time. The aroma is of strong clean wheat, biscuit smell with a slight hop tinge, but mainly sugary wheat. The taste is very fresh, just like the Rockmill Dubbel. This beer tastes like someone took a very good German hefeweizen and dumped some sugar in it, and I mean that in a good way. Lots of nice tastes that blend quite well together. The mouthfeel is very smooth and medium bodied. The drinkability is awesome on this beer.
