Combine our Russian Imperial Stout recipe with a six hour boil and sixteen months in Bourbon barrels, and what comes out is pure Wooden Mayhem. The aroma begins as rich molasses, light roast coffee, baker’s chocolate, and toffee, then shifts to raisins and dried dark cherries. The Root Shoot single malt barrel mellows the roast, adding vanilla, oak, and whisky. Plums, dates, and figs round out the palate with a smooth, lasting finish

Pours opaque coffee with a thin buff head. Aroma produces coffee, roast malt and bourbon. Flavor supplies chocolate, roast malt, bourbon, coffee. Texture gives nice body and peppy fizz. Raise some wooden mayhem.
