Our American-style nitro stout takes on an additional 3 months aging in a Glenora single malt barrel. Needless to say, it’s taken on some dramatic flavour profile changes! Oak, Whiskey, and vanilla notes dominate with ensuing layers of complexity and a velvety finish. It was well worth the wait but time is nigh! 7.8% ABV / 70 IBUs Malts - Pale Ale, Crystal 150, Special Aromatic, Munich, Black Patent, Carastan, Kiln Amber Adjuncts - Roasted Barley Hops - Columbus, Cascade, Magnum
