Aged on WOOD - American white oak, fortified with Woodford Reserve Bourbon. She SCREAMS dark fruit, caramel, oak and Bourbon notes then quickly settles into an amazing complexity of tenacious flavours. Layer after layer; hops, dried fruit, vanilla, cherries, dark caramel and chocolate. Her luscious bouquet, soft mouthfeel, smooth texture and silky black legs will surely have you callin' again. She's a lil' bit crazy but makes for a great ride! Finishes with superb tannin balance. The perfect foil to the mid-winter blues! Please enjoy responsibly.
