The imperial stout’s namesake, “Dark Brush,” is adopted from the heavy Jake Cinninger-penned closing track off the band’s eleventh studio album, it’s not us. The beer’s rich, complex flavor is befitting of the song that shares its name. Brewed with coffee, chocolate and cherries, Dark Brush Imperial Stout is a powerhouse pour. Dark Brush is a collaboration project between Rock Brothers Brewing, 7venth Sun Brewing and Hidden Springs Ale Works.

Pours dark chocolate with thin tan head. Aroma features roast malt, chocolate, quality coffee and dark fruit. Flavor presents roast malt, chocolate, coffee, cherry, woody and boozy notes. Texture yields good body and lively fizz. Don't brush this one off.
