Pours clear orangy amber with a nice but short-lived beige head. Aroma presents crisp, tart apple and berry tones. Seriously tart and somewhat sour flavor yields good berry and apple character but just a whisper of malt. Texture provides firm, smooth body and acceptable fizz. Pucker up to the black eyes! (Doesn't it sound more romantic in Spanish - considering what "black eye" means in English?)

Ruby golden color, short pinky white head, little lacing, nicely carbonated. Light raspberry Sweet-Tarts with funk, yeasts, citrus zest, sour and tartness and fantastic flavor profiles. Very nicely crafted.

The result of Rivertown fruiting their original Lambic, and it turned out fairly nice although I'm still partial to the regular. Amber~pink pour with a fizzy, collapsing head and spotty lacing. Light funky sourness with a burst of berries followed by lemon zest and biscuits. Lively and moderately tart, a very approachable example.
