Inspired in part by the disconcertingly large gravitational singularity at the center of our galaxy, we devised Supermassive Café Deth to be the midpoint of a theoretical bourbon barrel-aged stout-coffee continuum. After a painstaking eighteen months of aging, this slightly sweet blend of Deth's Tar meets its cosmic binary in the form of freshly roasted Dark Matter coffee to the tune of ten pounds per oak barrel. Enjoy immediately or store cold. This special blend of sweet Deth's Tar barrels is augmented with a dose of fresh-roasted Dark Matter Coffee that is frankly Herculean. Over 10 pounds per oak barrel of Guatemalan San Jeronimo Miramar beans (both washed and Sarchimor processes) highlight the harmony and complexity of this marriage of barrel-aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout and coffee. Pours oily coffee sable with a thick light chocolate head. Aroma brings roast malt, quality coffee, chocolate, bourbon, molasses, hints of earth and wood. Scrumptious flavor supplies roast malt, bourbon, quality coffee, chocolate, molasses, plus subtle earthy and woody notes. Texture wraps up with thick, smooth body and lively fizz. Supermassive and damn near perfect.
