Bottle, as Whole Milk Mild, at Schouskjelleren, Oslo. ABV 3.5%. Brewed for Alex Liberati at Brouwerij de Molen. OG 1037, FG 1011, IBU 22.1. Hops are Premiant and Sladek. Unfiltered. "Each label scratched by a genuine cat." Dark brown colour, large beige head. Intense aroma of pine wood, stale sea water and ashes, possibly infected? The flavour is lactic and smooth, a slight roastiness, just a hint of wood and sea water.

Pours out in a clear deep mahogany colour with a rich fluffy tan-coloured head.Rounded aroma of fudge, milky chocolate and roasted malts. Fairly light-bodied with surprisingly thick flavours of milky chocolate, roasted malts, rye and mild peat. Low bitterness with s smooth lingering finish of roasted malts, milky chocolate and and sweet licorice. Quite impressive at only 3.5 ABV!

Bottled (thanks hanniku!). Very deep ambery brown colour with huge beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some sour milk, mild toffee, some slight ashes as well as some smoked wet wood. Flavour is roasted malts, quite big on the ashyness as well as some caramel. Big tobaccoish ashy aftertaste.
