Rich honey color with a medium malt body. Accessible palate-smooth with a light finish, soft spice with mild earth tones and subtle esters. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Caramel malt, Perle & Styrian Goldings and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

A rather nice Belgian Pale Ale on tap at Redwood Curtain in Arcata. Pours a clear, bright well carbonated orange golden colour. Goldings hops is pretty upfront in the aroma. Taste has the mild yeast notes, with a pear, grassy flavor underlining the brew.
