My 1700th tasted beer comes from Oklahoma City via a trade with Hannah. Cuvee Three is a dry-hopped Belgian-style ale in a 750 ml brown bomber. It's the foamiest beer I have ever seen! I poured the first chalice slowly and got a 90% foam. Even with the reduced volume, the bottle continued spewing foam like a slow volcano. After the dense white foam in the chalice settled, leaving no lace, I saw a hazy golden brew. The aroma is the best quality of this outstanding beer. The citrus is sharp, the hops are grassy, the yeast is earthy, and the alcohol is faint. I like the taste and mouthfeel, quite champagne-like--fruity, effervescent, and brutally dry. Cheers to the great beers of Oklahoma!

last of the trade from Hannah. Nice aromatic hops and light fruit in the nose. smooth and easy drinking. Not a TON of complexity, but it's yummy (citrus hops and light fruity belgian yeast). Something I would drink a lot of if easily available. Thanks Hannah.

Unique offering send by Hannah, opened and shared amongst some good friends at a recent tasting. The super hopped aroma immediately hits you with an amazing combination of spicy noble hops and citrus West Coast hop varieties. Sparkling golden orange body with a creamy head, heavy carbonation and thick lacing. Light to medium bodied and dry with a nice refreshing quality. Doughy, grassy and hoppy with a hearty Belgian yeast quality. The group was pleased with this one.
