Very nice bitter red ale, definitely not the type of brew you would associate with Ireland. Deep red color shows very well. Roasted malt taste goes well with the bittering, which I believe was done with local bog myrtle instead of/in addition to hops. Nicely balanced and drinkable.

Red Biddy had the mouth feel of Guinness Stout Draught but it had a very unique flavor which I did not like too much because it was bitter and was not very sweet.
