Scottish and French malts in every batch brewed. Made with eight different European Malts, a deep ruddy color, contributes to the dominate sweet maltiness of this ale in both flavor and aroma. Had this on tap at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia. Very rich, with decent malt flavor. Not great, but then again, it's hard to tell how this would compare to the product from their actual brewery.
