Clear copper with small light brown foam head, little lacing. Aroma is barley, some hay, some little licorice. Tastes quite nice, little bitter, some spice, licorice. (Velp 201312)

Dark rubyish red colour, beige mediumsized head. Aroma is slightly fruity, malty and hoppy with some wooden hints. Flavour is malts, fruity hops and some slight hints of caramel and nuts in the background.

Cask at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Reddish brown colour with a creamy, long lasting white head. Aroma is hoppy and malts. Taste is fruity, malty, hops and caramel. Smooth and drinkable.
