A donut stuffed with grass is how the bartender described it, pretty acurate by my estimation. A funky weird aftertaste, ok but kinda off. Sampled at the Flying Saucer in Sugarland.

Had on draft @ the San Antonio Flying Saucer .. . pours a light caramel gold .. . medium head, great great lacing .. . light and crisp, very refreshing .. . light grain and light but assertive bitterness .. . very nice summer time brew, even when its 55 outside .. . . he's come to finish the job, quick- throw me out the window..
