Our Country Pilsner takes its inspiration from the original Czech pilsners. It pours to a bright, golden tone with a frothy head and distinctive aroma. Brewed with a variety of classic hops, including Saaz, and flavoured with malted barley, this richly flavoured pilsner possess an aromatic blend of earth and spice. It starts crisp and smooth, enticing you with its subtle malts, and finishes with that distinctive, floral bitterness Pilsner lovers admire.

On tap @ the Bent Elbow - taps a pale gold, with a great frothy white cap that lasts and laces well. Aroma is fairly uncomplicated but pleasing - fresh bready malts light floral hopping. Med-light bodied with a malt-forward character, Flavour is uncomplicated but solid craft beer lager- fresh bready pale malts ride just above the succulent bittering hops - clean crisp finish accented by alt-hop balance. A solid sessioning craft lager in traditional Canadian style - has some Pilsner character but is more sturdy than a continental Pils.
