Cask@GWBCF2011. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweet and sour apples along with mild sweetness, some cheesy and earthy notes as well. Flavour is sweet and sour apples, some wood, mild resiny notes as well as blue cheese and some quite earthy and mildly spicy notes. A strange sweetness lurking in the background.
