We take great care in producing this hard cider from the finest ingredients available. We only use premium fruit juices and honey with a minimum amount of processing. Sterile filtration instead of sulfites make this product unique in the world. During the middle ages, 'cyser' was a popular beverage. Produced from both apples and honey it is perhaps the mother of modern hard cider. We are sure you will enjoy our cyser and will agree that it is the finest available. This one has a twist though, we've added peach juice as well to give it a great flavour with a terrific peach aroma.
