Trippel is brewed with inspiration from the Belgian monestary beers. Pilsner malt and large quantities of light cane sugar gives the beer its golden color. The spices leaves a delicate aroma and flavor of citrus and the sugar makes the beer sweet. Very well suited for deserts. Try boiling Trippel to a caramel sirup and pour it over a piece of hot apple pie. Orange peel, coriander and cane sugar has been added.

Bottle: Poured a light copper color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light sugar with some nice Belgian malt and some light fruity ester. Taste is a well balance mix between some light candi sugar with some Belgian malt with light fruity ester. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well done but lacking some ester and hops are a bit lost ion the mix.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, nice natural white head. Sweet fruits and yeast in aroma, along with alcohol. Flavour is quite the same, but the fruit can be specified as banana. Some alcoholic warmness also in the finish of the flavour. Pleasant and wellbalanced brew.
