Regional triple style top fermentation beer fermented again in bottles. Lightly scented aroma followed by a subtly bitter taste. It leaves a subtle raisin fruitiness on the palate ending with a pleasant bitter tonic when swallowing.

Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma is acidic citrus fruit and yeast. Maybe some wheat in it too, since I think the nose is very "witbierish". Flavour is yeast, sour citric fruits, some earthy and wheaty notes too.

Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a huge white head. Aroma of lemon and yeast a hint of the barnyard. Similar for the taste; quite sweet and spicey, quite dry with some light bitterness in the finish. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation with no real trace of the alcohol. Good.
