Tall can from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy pinkish head that leaves some bubbly soapy lace behind and has a ruby coloured appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of raspberries are unmistakable followed by some wheaty and herbal notes. Flavours are mostly the raspberries again, maybe a little mixture of various of berry varieties, some mild wheats as well. Sourness is quite mild and not overly excessive. Makes it a lot less puckering and more enjoyable I say.

Date code is unreadable and brewery never responded to my email. The beer pours a floatie-induced hazed light copper colour with a generous bubbly white head which is gone within seconds. The aroma is tart raspberries, some funky grains, and a weak note I’ve never smelled before, although it’s a pleasant one. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The tartness of the flavour doesn’t match the tartness of the aroma, but it is still there. Nothing offensive about this beer, but it doesn’t replace a good Flanders Red or Oud Bruin -

Nice aromas of fresh raspberries with some citrus sourness. Light hazy red colour with a pink-amber hue. The off-white head is very light pinkish, bubbly, foamy, fizzing away slowly, with minimal lacing. The flavours are quite sour with the fruit in the next level. Some mild tart in the finish. Gets cloudy at last pour, with some chunks floating across. Nicely brewed to be easy-drinking fruity sour ale.
