650 ml bottle, at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Orange to brownish-golden colour, small white head. Distinct aroma of ginger, also lactic acid. Medium sour flavour, lactic acid and ginger again, short finish.

Pours hazy honey-amber with a thick but effervescent buff head. Aroma presents tempting ginger and tart pear and apple tones. Flavor ups the fruity character and adds a little fresh malt. A little sweetness rears its head. Mouthfeel offers good body and some lively fizz. Connect the dots for a good sour.
