This beautiful Imperial Stout was laid in Stagg Jr. cask strength barrels for 26 months before being selected and drained of the magical elixir. The natural oxidation during the barrel-aging process provided smooth river of caramel and brown sugar that flow into a deep abyss of dark chocolate, rye spice, and bourbon chess pie. A true unicorn among our barrels that is only deserving of our members

Pours coffee with a thin tan head. Aroma supplies roast malt, rich chocolate, bourbon, woody notes. Flavor brings quality bourbon, roast malt, chocolate, coffee. Texture generates nice body, peppy fizz. Fade into it.
