Our reciprocal collaboration with the amazing stout producers at Bottle Logic! We combined our two well known imperial stout recipes to create a very chocolate forward stout with a lot of body due to the incredible 6 times mash and boil for 22 hours. We then aged in primo Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 21 months, the. finished it roasted peanuts and Madagascar vanilla beans. Wafts of candy coated peanuts and chocolate bourbon reduction, the intense flavors of chocolate covered roasted peanuts with a creamy, yet not overpowering vanilla finish
